    If you tried and are not completely satisfied for any reason with Always, we will refund your full purchase price, excluding any coupons, discounts, taxes or postage in the form of a prepaid card by mail. To qualify, on a plain piece of paper please mail, within 60 days of the original purchase date:

    • Your full name and address, month and year of birth, and the reason for your dissatisfaction printed clearly on a plain piece of paper.
    • The original dated purchase receipt with the qualifying purchase and price circled,
    • The original UPC barcode from the product purchased within 60 days of the original purchase date.

    Be mindful that:

    • Offer valid within 60 days of product purchase. Request must be postmarked
      within 60 days of purchase.
    • Limit one refund per name, household and/or address.
    • You must be 18 years of age or age of majority or older.
    • It may take 6-8 weeks to receive your prepaid card.
    • If the UPC and original dated receipt are not included in your refund
      request, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund on the
      Always Discreet product purchased.
    • Reproduction, alteration, sale, trade, or purchase of proof of purchase is prohibited.
    • Proof of purchase must be obtained from an Always Discreet product you have purchased yourself.
    • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept incomplete submissions and
      are not liable for lost, late, or undelivered submissions for the Always
      Discreet Money Back Guarantee offer.
    • The use of multiple addresses or PO boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraudulent and may result in prosecution.Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.
    • Prepaid cards can be used where Visa® cards are accepted, however they are not redeemable as cash, nor are they usable at ATMs or gas pumps. Your prepaid card will expire six months from the date of issue. Terms of prepaid card apply. Cards are issued by Citibank, N.A. pursuant to a license from Visa USA Inc. and managed by Citi Prepaid Services.
    • Refund excludes any incidental or consequential damages, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
